Aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit, and hints of butter and toast are complemented by subtle toasty oak. In the palate, the wine is round and crisp with hints of honeyed citrus, peach, and nuttiness. Very good acidity and balance.
This wine will pair very well with soft cheeses and with charcuterie, also recommended with seafood and fresh fish such as Halibut, Salmon, or Sole. This wine would also complement entrees such as Roasted Halibut. Another suggestion would be pasta carbonara.
